Hats & Polos Our hats and polos are shipped from Canada. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Hoodies Our hoodies are print-on-demand products and ship from the United States. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Hoodies (print-on-demand) may require additional production time of 3–7 business days before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your email address]. We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost in transit once they have been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Legalize Mulligans is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
Customs & Import Duties Legalize Mulligans is not responsible for any customs or import fees incurred. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
